Since I got back from the UK I've steadily been working on my commissions. I've caught up with my DA backlog and I've taken on some new commissions but I haven't been excited. I've been procratinator extraordinaire. If I could find something to do that wasn't what I should have been doing I've done it!

This morning I woke up ith a feeling of motivation. I don't really know why. Yesterday I had my dream kitchen planned - well the long and short of it is it's not likely to happen unless I can come up with €23,000 over and above my living expenses. Like that could happen! Maybe it's something to do with reaising that I can only change things if I get on with it but today I'm all ready for working. Maybe it's because one of my lovely customers sent me some stunning pictures of her in the corset I made and I've seen (edited and uploaded) pictures of David in his Frock coat - all tings to make me happy I thrive on seeing my customers looking happy when they are waring the clothes I've made.

Commission Status
Fluid! I have space in my order book for one or two commissions to be delivered in May, three or four for June delivery and stll plenty of space for the summer.

Bridal gown service
An idea I've had for a while and I've decided to launch it to coincide with my own silver wedding anniversary (on 2 July) I'm offering a new bridal gown service as of 1 July.
Brides (and mum's, fiancees, bridesmaids, etc) come and stay with me for a week. We discuss and design the gown of your dreams, I take measurements and fit a toile. If possible (subject to the availability of materials) I will start on the creation of the dream gown during your stay and depending on the complexity of design and availability of materials there is the possibility of you going home with your dream gown completed. On days where you are not needed for fittings there are forests to explore, sights to see, swimming lakes with beaches or just simply relax in tranquil meadows in the shade of an ancient yew tree.
Prices will depend on numbers staying and costs of the wedding gown. Note me if you want further information.

All corsets are made with spiral steel and sprung steel boning as standard on a base of cotton coutil (unless specified otherwise).

Standard size corsets in waist sizes 22" - 36" (other sizes available please ask for a quote - the prices may be the same - it depends on the fabrics chosen and the extent of boning desired)
